Blue Steel Chemicals Inc (the Corporation or Blue Steel) was incorporated on November 18, 2004. The company has commercialized a bio-degradable degreasing/cleaning compound. The chemical and the process were both developed by Mr. Thomas. Our technical product research and development program, coupled with the experience gained when exploring the need for powerful, yet personnel friendly and environmentally acceptable cleaning chemicals in the heavy industries market, has led to the invention and creation of the BLUE STEEL proprietary, patented product line. Our advanced and exclusive chemical formulation is further augmented for effectiveness through the use of our in-house process machinery that infuses oxidants and ozone into the product, at the microscopic level. This technology has been created, researched and developed by BLUE STEEL CHEMICALS INC. and is proprietary to the company.

The focus of the Company has been to create and capitalize on opportunities to manufacture and supply technology based industrial degreasers and cleaning agents. The company is market driven and is effectively responding to the demand for environmentally acceptable and personnel friendly products designed to tackle the most challenging industrial cleaning and degreasing problems. We employ and utilize our proprietary technology in the manufacture of our gel based degreaser/cleaning compounds. The company's product line is bio-degradable, non-toxic, non-flammable, low volatile organic compound (VOC) and yet is a highly effective cleaning solution. Through the use of our exclusive technology and process machinery, we have developed degreasing/cleaning products that serve a wide variety of industrial applications. The company’s objective has been to innovate, design and engineer environmentally acceptable and personnel friendly chemicals for industrial use, while, at the same time, maintaining the product strength to cut through the most difficult problems presented by petroleum products, heavy grease and wax, and hydraulic fluid, cutting fluid, etc.

The target market for the BLUE STEEL CHEMICALS INC. product line is the oil and gas drilling and well service industry in Western Canada. Other oil and gas exploration related industries are also included in the target market segments for the product. Progressively, additional industries such as mining, construction, petrochemicals, plastics, steel, cement, etc. are to be targeted.

The degreasing/cleaning compound with a number of variations on the basic formula is designed to provide an alternative to varsol. The Corporation, through Mr. Thomas, has identified the need in the oil and gas industry for an environmentally friendly, personnel safe, non-flammable, non-toxic degreasing and cleaning agent yet at the same time providing the robustness needed for industrial cleaning. The oil and gas drilling and well service industries are seeking a personnel friendly, environmentally acceptable solution for difficult industrial cleaning challenges, and are high volume users of stain removal products. BLUE STEEL CHEMICALS INC. offers a progressive, effective resolution to the problem of procuring an industrial strength degreasing/cleaning agent that is also environmentally conscience and provides for low impact on Mother Nature.

Blue Steel has the ability to respond to any quantities that could be ordered. Blue Steel has entered into a long term agreement with a major supplier of our base chemicals to provide the feed stock. Blue Steel, at its facilities, then treats and processes the feed stock to produce the Blue Steel line of products.
